We review your answers with you, discuss your goals regarding your assets and how you want them conveyed, and prepare a personalized educational worksheet.
We prepare drafts of your documents and review them with you, making any requested changes.
You come into our office to sign your documents with our notaries and witnesses.
We assemble your portfolio, record your deeds, provide digital copies, and review trust funding steps with you.
Pricing
We use flat rate pricing. Everything listed below is included in the packages. Additional fees will apply if you have additional document needs (e.g., extra deed work).
