Estate Planning and Legal Document Preparation

Professional and Affordable

We are an AZ Supreme Court Certified Legal Document Preparation business. We offer affordable alternatives to attorney pricing for clients who are self-representing. Take advantage of our experience in the field, and our competitive rates!

Work with Real People

Downloading a form from a website always carries some risk. Automated drafting programs can only generate documents based on the information you provide—and they can't catch what you leave out. There is value in working with a real person, who will listen to you, ask questions, identify areas that need further clarification, and provide much needed context. If you work with us, you can feel confident in the quality of your documents, and in the integrity of your plan.

Knowledge is Power

The most common feedback we get is how much better our customers feel once they go through our process. We understand the importance of customer education. We believe in taking the time to answer questions and to provide solid information. At the end of the day, having documents in place is only half the battle. Knowing what you have, and how to use what you have, is extremely important.

Quick Stop Government Services is an AZ Certified Legal Document Preparation company. We are not attorneys, and may not give legal advice. We are certified by the AZ Supreme Court to provide legal document preparation services to self-representing clients.

Living Trust Packages

A Living Trust is a PROBATE AVOIDANCE tool. It holds assets for you during your lifetime, and directs where those assets should go after you are gone. One distinct advantage of setting up a trust is a trust's flexibility. It can hold a wide variety of assets ranging from investments and business shares to real estate. It is also an excellent choice for those who wish to hold assets for vulnerable populations, such as minor children or disabled beneficiaries.

Last Will and Testament Packages

A Will is a PROBATE TOOL. Its general purpose is to guide and direct the probate process. Will-based plans may be appropriate for smaller estates where probate is not a concern (e.g., personal property is valued at under $200,000 and real estate under $300,000). A will is generally less flexible than a Living Trust, and is often combined with beneficiary designations to maximize its benefits.

Other Services

Beyond our core estate planning packages, we offer a variety of additional services to meet your needs.

LLC Services

We offer LLC formation services. We will file your articles, acquire your EIN, draft your operating agreement, assemble your company portfolio, and facilitate publishing, where applicable. We can also help amend your LLC, or domesticate an LLC coming in from out of State.

We also offer a variety of related services. Need a trade name registered? We can help with that! Have a Living Trust and want to update your LLC to list your Trust as a member? We can help with that too!

Give us a call if you need something filed that you don't see listed. Chances are, we can help! Contact Page

Deed Work

We draft and file quitclaim deeds and beneficiary deeds (also known as transfer on death deeds). We also draft and file a variety of affidavits; for example we can draft and file an affidavit to remove a deceased spouse, or to claim property left to a beneficiary via a beneficiary deed. We can also help transfer property in and out of trusts.

Probate Services

We offer document preparation and filing support for simple informal probates. In order for us to be able to help you, you MUST have either the ORIGINAL Will, or no Will (i.e., the estate is "intestate"). If you only have a copy of the Will, that is insufficient for a simple informal probate.

We can also prepare and file small estate affidavits for the collection of real and personal property for estates where probate is not required.

Gun Trusts

We draft NFA Gun Trusts that specifically meet Arizona requirements (unlike other States, only a notary is required, no extra witnesses needed). We also provide templates allowing you to maintain and amend your trust going forward, without the need to pay for outside help.

Standalone Docs

Do you need estate planning documents, like powers of attorney, but don't want to purchase a whole package? We offer individually priced documents, such as advance healthcare directives, financial POAs and last Will and Testaments. We also offer amendments to existing documents.
