One-on-One Support Tier
How our process works:
Our staff will meet with you (in office or virtually) to complete the questionnaire and explain everything thoroughly.
We review your answers with you, discuss your goals regarding your assets, and prepare a personalized "Trust Funding" educational worksheet.
We prepare drafts of your documents and review them with you, making any requested changes.
You come into our office to sign your documents with our notaries and witnesses.
We assemble your portfolio, record your deeds, provide digital copies, and review trust funding steps with you.
Pricing
We use flat rate pricing. Everything listed below is included in the packages. Additional fees will apply if you have additional document needs (e.g., extra deed work, LLC/S-Corp assignments). A small deposit is required to proceed with this tier. The deposit will count towards your total package cost.
