How our process works:

You complete our comprehensive questionnaire online. Do the best you can, and jot down any questions that arise.

We review your answers with you, discuss your goals regarding your assets, and prepare a personalized "Trust Funding" educational worksheet.

We prepare drafts of your documents and review them with you, making any requested changes.

After approval, we mail your portfolio with signing instructions. We also include a prepaid return envelope, so that you can return your deed for recording.

Important: Documents must be signed properly in front of a notary (and witnesses where required). Once released, we cannot verify execution.

Pricing

We use flat rate pricing. Everything listed below is included in the packages. Additional fees will apply if you have additional document needs (e.g., extra deed work, LLC/S-Corp assignments).
